When they just opened this place, it was so clean and cute inside...I really enjoyed having my breakfast there. But as time passes, Panera is getting dirtier. Looks like nobody cares. The entrance door is so dirty with finger prints as if it was never cleaned after the opening.
The girl at the register name Isis was really rude about the way she responded when I told them my chicken was still pink. She accused me of biting in the food how was I supposed to know the food without biting. She clearly doesn’t want her job with an attitude and very disappointed because I always come here.
Not your full menu Panera, but still the same wholesome quality of fresh items. They usually only sell four different types of bagels due to limited space. Service was fast and the cashier was friendly.
The person at the register doesn’t understand what English well. It was so hard to explain everything I wanted! Had to repeat several times. The manager got involved. I went home and they had forgotten to put the bread for the soup! I repeated several times. Your pick-two is very misleading price wise because we think that’s the price, then if we add the second item, it’s more.
