This is my first time at Panera bread and they made a great first impression. Steph was very kind assisting me on making my order. Will be back soon.
Steph was who took our order and she is actually the sweetest. So attentive and made sure our food was done right. Coming back here cause service was so good.
I had a nice experience with Team Leader Jacob. The soda machine ice maker was down and rather than waiting for the repair, he took the initiative to bring ice from the ice maker in the back in order to make sure patrons could enjoy cold beverages. Much appreciated.
Food was good but they forgot one sandwich to add in our to go bag.
