I get lunch here like 1-2 times a week and it's always delicious and prepared within 5-10 mins very quick (order in the app to skip the wait!!)
Order online. Come in to grab and go thankfully i checked and noticed something missing. It is 7am i placed an order last night. Not once did i get notified and they just expected me to walk out with a missing item. Not to say hey we don’t have anything. And the morning employee. Doesn’t care. Just so annoying not being told and wasting my time because i came specifically for that missing item.
Food was delicious and service was fast.
Great drink subscription deal and decent vegan options, but the management and consistency at this location are terrible. I come here almost daily, and my regular order is hit-or-miss or made incorrectly. The indoor dining area was shut down all weekend, staff turnover seems pretty high, and the customer service is bizarre and unwelcoming. It’s a shame because the prices are fair, but the weird vibes and poor quality control make it not worth the visit.
