I visited Panera on Sunday, September 7th around 7:00 PM and tried to use my Sip Club membership. Unfortunately, when I went to get a refill, the manager on duty told me no, even though the membership specifically states that refills of the same beverage are included. I’ve been a loyal Panera customer and joined the Sip Club because of the convenience and value it provides. Portion sizes are very small, especially considering the prices. Hardly any tuna...was more like a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Won't be back.
Every visit, the soup portions are reduced! The bread bowls keep getting smaller, so we stopped ordering them. Now the soup bowls are filed less each time we visit. If ingredients are more expensive, charge more, but please give me a decent portion to eat!
