A girl that looks to be in her twenties was working the drive through was rude as hell to me and my firmed she turned away and asked a question looked back and gave us a scowl repeating it. As well as when we asked to place two orders was rude again to us when she said the system was down and made another person talk to us. We could hear her screaming inside from the drive through. If you cannot provide service do not work in the service industry.
Healthy options. Wait time isnt bad.
We walked into the lobby and it had the strongest cigarette smell. It was so bad that we did not want to stay with our younger kids so ended up leaving before ordering.
This Panera is a newer location on MLK near the college. It is a small cafe, set up more for to go orders and drive thru. I prefer the cozy large stores like the other Panera in Fayetteville that has booths and a fireplace and space for studying and group meet-ups but this one is good for stopping by for a quick lunch to go or drive thru bagels and coffee. 2 feet of Dirty Dishes trash never Emptied, Tablets never cleaned, you have to clean your own Table. They give take out EVEN FOR Dine In. Tiny portions for Soup. A major Rip off. Don't go to this Store location.
