Just a regular old Panera Bread I went to to go to the bathroom!
The app is difficult sometimes, not explaining things it should. I went in to the store and the staff was very nice. Beth went to the manager to relay my question and He helped me place my order in the app.
On 10/14/25 at approx 1045 we were in ordering and witnessed your manager and employee belittling and scolding the women who took our order out where every customer saw and heard. You need better managers . I will not spend money where your staff feels it's OK to do this to fellow employees.
