I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes, not even kidding. Not even a free cookie or refund. I won’t be back.
Ordered broccoli cheddar soup, came home with Mac and cheese with a 1/2 chicken salad sandwich.
The staff at this Panera Bread are always so friendly, helpful, and efficient. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a smile and taken care of quickly. It makes the whole experience so enjoyable. Big thanks to Dan and the team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere—I’ll definitely be coming back!
