Never in my life have I went through a drive thru and paid 30 dollars for a salad and Mac n cheese and then be expected to eat them without utensils. Pathetic
Updated: Since my previous review, I've noticed that the manager has been working in the store quite frequently and things have gotten much better! I've added stars for this. Kudos to him! Horrible. Will not be back. No one at the counter. Ordered through kiosk. 5 coffee dispensers empty except 1 that had cold coffee. Had to hunt down an employee in the back who was rude & couldn't care less about it. Bagel was stale, hard & cold. Zero silverware. Employees in the back were loud & obnoxious.
