The last 5 times I’ve gone to Panera, my order has been wrong. It’s really not that hard to make a sandwich correctly, especially when it says the correct order on the receipt. Gave Panera another chance in August. Picked up my order and the Mac and cheese was ice cold, as well as the wrong bread even though the receipt says what I had ordered.
