Really sad that you have to check your carry out for accuracy. Twice had no chicken on Greek salad with chicken. They fixed it but acted like it was my fault. Work ethics are sad
I usually have a decent experience when coming here since the food is really good. However this morning I came in with my mom to enjoy some brunch and the person who was at the register, who was a tall and bald African-American man with a beard, was particularly rude and he made it known. Everytime I added something to my order, he rolled his eyes and sighed, as if he was tired or frustrated or simply irritated with me. Very pleased to visit the North Salisbury, Md location this morning and have the most excellent service provided at drive thru with associate by name of Ayrias. She was very patient and answered my questions with a delightful manner. You got a gem in her for sure. I don’t usually tip in Drive Thru but she deserved my contribution for sure. All establishments should have someone that performs such quality customer assistance. Hats off to you lady and God Bless.
Always good. I love this place
Ordered lunch for my management team to have our quarterly planning meeting and having it delivered. When it arrived we had zero utensils or napkins. When called an asked if they could send utensils so we could our salads they said there was nothing they can. All I know is O would have taken care of my customer. Hard to eat a salad without a fork
