I had a slight confusion during my order and received the wrong sandwich and when I walked back in the store employee graciously aided me and made sure I had everything I needed without any hesitation. This was a great experience and the food was excellent I will be returning and making use of the reward system they have. Thank you all so much for some great hospitality that I thought was lost long ago

Fly landed in my original iced caramel latte as I was picking it up, so the employee saw it and offered to make me a new drink. I went to the restroom while my friend stayed back at the pick up area, I got back and grabbed what I thought was my new drink. No one told me any different and I’m pretty sure the girl took the one with the fly back off the counter, but long story short, I got to the last drink of my coffee and felt something in my mouth and it was a fly. 🤦‍♀️

Tried to call to change my order address, but was hung up on twice. I love Panera, but if someone calls your store, at least tell them that your store is busy and you cannot answer the phone.
