Service consistency sucks here. Update: clientele here is often ... substandard. Recommend instead the Paneras in Kingstown or Rolling Rd, Springfield
With every visit your service is getting worse. Every order is incomplete. Coffee is terrible, worst I have had. Up your game.
Special shout out to the cashier - her name is Sarah I believe. She is super nice, kind, and enthusiastic and the food is amazing.
