I’ve been a loyal fan of Panera for a long time, and I regularly order your Broccoli Cheddar Soup—it’s always been one of my favorites. However, my most recent order was extremely disappointing. The soup had a strange taste and texture, almost as if it was made from the last remnants of the batch. It was off enough that I couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing it away. it's a good Panera. Good service. Everything as expected. lots of folks use this as a temp office spot.
I’m a Sip Club member and go to a number of Panera locations for coffee and iced coffee, but this location by FAR has the WORST iced coffee. I’ve now tried it 3x and beyond disappointed every time. It tastes like coffee-flavored water. I think their employees must have the recipe wrong or something because it’s undrinkable. It’s basically the same color as the ice tea or lighter. I tried taking some pictures for reference but I probably should’ve poured more to get the full effect.
