Nick welcomed me very warm and took such good care of me, this Panera is better than the other ones out there !
I ordered the chicken Chipotle sandwich online and went to pick it up. However, they made the sandwich with a different type of bread that I didn't like. They also didn't have the courtesy to inform me about what ingredients they had or didn't have. The sandwich was soggy and didn't taste good. The bread was too soft. They really need to improve their service.
