I should have read the reviews. Their $10 Mediterranean sandwich is basically 4 slices of bread + half a tomato.
Genuinely the worst food I’ve ever gotten from Panera. Out of stock for a bunch of stuff, but also gave me a piece of sandwich ciabatta instead of a baguette?? I got the tomato bread BLT and I’m 70% sure it had cinnamon strudel on top. Almost nothing on the inside either. Workers were completely checked out, too. Worst $14 I’ve spent in a while.
Flew through Charlotte twice in 2 weeks and had HORRIBLE service both times at this location by E11. First time for breakfast almost missed my flight because food took over 40 minutes to get and then my breakfast sandwich was missing from the bag. Make sure to check that you have everything. Today I preordered several hours early for a preassigned pickup time since I had a short connection and again was almost the last person on my flight because my order took 20 minutes past my pickup time.
