I used to love Panera. It always had a comfortable atmosphere, warm service, and delicious food and coffee. But when I visited Panera again after a long time, it was completely different. The food was cold, the service was indifferent, and the coffee cups were completely gone from the outside area, and I had to specifically ask for one from the kitchen to finally get one. It's no longer the restaurant I want to visit again to relive those good memories.
We were order #6051716003907638 and we have always ordered from here. But for one of the items I specifically said no cheese because my daughter cannot have cheese. However when we opened the order at home, the bagel which I had ordered for her, had cheese in it. This is bad service as they can’t read instructions.
No chicken noodle soup. Out of majority of their menue items. Very disappointed since this is the closest Panera
Food was good and hot even though it was delivered.
