I love driving home 30 minutes just to realize you forgot one of my sandwiches after asking twice if you had everything in here. The portions of the salads were also less than I’ve received from other paneras. They also just tossed the bread in my bag without separately bagging it. On top of this, I don’t know why you’d ask a name if your not going to tell me when my order is ready
We haven’t been to Panera in about 10 years. We were excited that they just opened a new one near us, so we decided to give it a try. Panera used to be the spot to go to and so good. When did Panera go so far downhill? It was like eating Hospital food.
Update: If you have problems with your order, & don’t find out until after driving home… call the Panera telephone support # in app, or the Panera bread store directly. They helped me out with my order errors, & that raised my initial 2 star review to 4. Original review: There’s always something wrong with my order the last 3 visits. Hate that I figured out that I was skimped on my salad dressing only after driving 15mins home! I usually use 2 full things of these dressings to go. Very busy, but that is better cause it is delicious with good portions and price.
