I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera Bread on Rodeo Drive. The woman at the front refused to give me a disposable fork, saying they are “only for customers.” I could understand if I was asking to use the washroom without a purchase, but a simple plastic utensil? Really? I even asked again to clarify, and she still refused. This came across as rude, unhelpful, and incredibly cheap. My family and I will not be returning, and I certainly won’t be recommending this location to anyone.
The sandwiches, their taste, and everything else were excellent. The only issue was that the coffee and tea were cold. They didn’t refill them with hot water and instead used a microwave to warm them up one by one. This was last Monday, Labor day around 1 PM.
