I have found a new appreciation for my local Panera bread! I didn't realize just how spoiled I had been until I went to another part of the state and experienced it there. This Panera bread in Easton MD has cashiers that have no issues ringing up your order and people behind that counter that get your order prepped just right every time. I've come here for many years. It is always clean and the employees are always very knowledgeable and nice to be around.
Cashier was more concerned about her texting than going to the register to wait on customers. Older woman. Not impressed
The food came out quick and was delicious. The seasonal lobster roll was really good, although a little pricey. The salads here are amazing as well.
The Restaurant Manger really seems to care about the quality of the atmosphere, food and service... Well done...
