Went in yesterday (10/27) and ordered one orange scone and a loaf of bread. The cashier with gloves on took my money and handed me my change. She then, using the same gloves to make the change, reached in to get my food. I brought it to her attention and she just walked off. No apologies, no nothing. Very disappointed with her handling of the situation. Very poorly managed.
My mom and I walked in and noticed how clean this Panera was! We just got finished with a 6 hour drive from North Carolina visiting and thought we'd have a quick meal , To our surprise it came out in less than 10 minutes because Saturdays are expectedly busy, and we both got you pick two's!! My Mother is Vegan and enjoyed the poppyseed chicken salad, The food was very delicious and the staff was very friendly too, We forgot to order coffee's after we had ordered and the young lady at the cashier insisted we have them anyway,... read more
