Keep in mind this is not your typical Panera. It’s a quick in and out location. There is really no seating though it is somewhat spacious. There are lots of kiosks if you don’t want to order on the app. The French Ciabatta Dipper was much better than my expectations and I would recommend.
They are always out of coffee. Panera, please design larger coffee carafes for high traffic to go locations. You also need one customer facing employee who can deal with these issues. It's a consistently terrible experience. I am a sip club member at my local Panera, which is why I still come here.
I like this Panera location a lot as it is always clean and the service is pretty quick. I tend to order on the app and then stop by to pick it up. It is a bit larger than the other to-go locations and has about 6 seats along the window if you wanted to stop briefly. Highly recommend the strawberry basil lemonade!
The waiters have a very bad attitude. They are busy chatting and ignore the customers.
I enjoy their rotating menu options.
