I’ve visited this location several times to pick up a drink and food. The staff are all super friendly and helpful!! The salad is always pretty fresh too (I’ve had issues at other Panera locations). Absolutely one of the best Panera locations.
I have been to many Paneras across multiple states but sad to say that this one falls under one of the sad experiences. I ordered a dine in and they gave the food in a to-go box. I ordered a sandwich and the bread was super cold, not toasted and all the vegetables were on one side. There wasn't hummus spread on the bread, it was to one side. My friend and I visited this Panera Bread on 26 Aug at approximately 11:00 a.m. INSIDE the restaurant was a small black and white dog that shook its body as we walked past. Also, one of your employees began playing with the dog. Another lady, whose large poodle was tied in front of the store, asked if she could bring it inside. She was told by the employee that she could, and she did. Neither of these dogs was a trained service animal.
