Seriously? Got 2 stars for the bread and cheese. Don't know about the beef I think that's a remnant of a slice.
Frequent customer. Service is polite, gracious and quick usually. Not TODAY (Saturday, 14 March at approximately 5:30 PM. Parking lot 1/3 full, dining area 1/3 full, no line of waiting customers. I stood near cash register for 7 minutes. 3 or 4 employees preparing orders looked at me and did NOT acknowledge my presence or seek to advise me on when I might receive service. I departed very disappointed since I have dealt with Panera locally and in Florida (The Villages) for many years previously. Respectfully, R. H. Martin.
