Everyone in this store is like family; they are social and caring. I paused my Sips Cup for two months due to needing to be away, and the app is giving me issues rejoining. I called corporate, and honestly, they seemed not to care at all. I went back to this store, and Jasmine tried on the system locally and then called and advocated for me. I never felt so valued.
