Very disappointing experience. We ordered several beverages, but this Panera doesn’t have a public restroom for customers. This is the first Panera I’ve ever visited with this policy. Selling drinks while not providing customers with access to a restroom makes for a poor customer experience. I hope management reconsiders this.
For a business to have this mount of traffic they have very poor sitting arrangements. Only 5 stools and 4 chairs to seat down and eat. One of the most worst design to a food service restaurant to dine in. 🤦♂️
Panera Bread never disappoints!! The food is excellent
