I was initially very excited when I found out a Panera bread was opening near my home. However, I have had nothing but a terrible experience during several attempts to give this new location a chance. My mother and I carpool to work and love the breakfast soufflé's that Panera makes, however every single time we stop to order one, we are told "oh, we haven't even put them in the oven yet."
