Always out of stuff. If you order off Uber, expect half your order to be missing without explanation or substitution. You’ll have to go through Uber Eats to get a refund. It’s ridiculous.
Great for chilling out by yourself and or with friends because of the peaceful environment. Employees were nice but my only complaint is the price for the little amount of food you get and also sour bread is just not my thing but not their fault

I love Panera and I usually get food from the Barrett parkway location which I never have a problem with. However, I’ve never been so disgusted enough with food to leave a review. I got the chicken and wild rice soup at towne lake for pickup and once I opened it after driving back home it was foul. It was a deep brown color, only filled half the cup and the taste was foul.
