Editing this review because since last year, there has been a lot of improvement with the efficiency of this place. Orders can still take a long time but the waits are nowhere near what they were in 2025. And the current staff are much friendlier and aware than before. Even during the crazier times of the year. It’s a Panera, so the food is what you’d expect.
Order is always incomplete. Not good. Please change your kitchen staff.
During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are kind. Being hungry, seeking a high protein meal for lunch, as well as a steakish flavor, I decide to order locally. For the most part, I opt for Vegan options. The Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack is a compact flavorful type of sandwich. The most distinct flavors are the peppers fusing with the steak meat (juicy, tender, not gum chewy) and a milky flavor perhaps from the cheese is more present as the other flavors fade.
