Google said they close at 5. The sign up front said they close at 5. I walk in at 3:10 and the woman tells me they have a new schedule and now close at 3pm. Not good business practice.
People waiting over 90mins and still not getting food is unacceptable The fact that Montclair State allows this cafe to operate in this manner is an insult to the community. Order in advance go to pick up 30mins later and still end up waiting 15 more. Unless you have an extra hr to wait, go somewhere else.
They gave me a bagel with cream cheese. Bagel not cut and cold stiff as steel! Thanks!
I order three things at 12 pm and it’s been 40 minutes. This isn’t the first time and it’s ridiculous and tiring. I have class soon and because of their long wait time I either can’t eat or am late for class. 👎🏼
