Thank you for consistently treating customers with care, respect, and basic decency. It truly stands out.. especially compared to a recent experience at another Panera location in Latham.
This store has problems. For a long time we have experienced frequent errors with orders, to the extent that we try to avoid going to this particular location. However, since it is the closest location to our home, we do go there. But today was the last straw. We ordered a full Tuna sandwich without tomatoes and adding onions. We got a half Tuna sandwich with tomatoes and onions. We also did not get two bags of chips (we had two sandwiches in the order). Staff are super nice but they are usually out of their popular bread by the time I get there in the evening.
Nice food
I really wish they would include more vegan soups like black bean as well as vegan bread for sandwiches. A nice salad with chick peas would be welcome.
