Today we told the cashier that the last time the soup was cold. She inserted a note and this time they put it on the microwave. My soup had a dry sticky cover because of the microwave and the flavor changed so much that I didn't liked it. Also it was like sticky and with clomps of dry soup (broccoli cheddar)
Amazing costumer service from cashier Genesis ! So kind and professional, we had to wait a little bit for our food tonight but her costumer service made everything better ! Definitely coming back to this location
Disappointing food
Service was below average from a cashier with light green eyes. I only ordered a coffee and from me asking her I wanted to add my ph# number and moving from register to another for some error( not her fault) , I had to then return to grab my cup, I said thank you and no response. She definitely should be working in the back. I then later ordered food from another cashier who tag showed team lead. Her service was spectacular.
