Soy cliente habitual de Panera Bread y por eso esta experiencia me decepcionó especialmente. Fui con mi esposa y tuvimos un inconveniente con una sopa. Entiendo perfectamente que un problema con un producto puede ocurrir en cualquier restaurante. If this is not shrinkflation I don't know what it is... it should be shameful that you call this a "half sandwich with chicken". Not only that the bread was super oily that the wrap paper was transparent. Portions have become so small that the McDonald's across the street now looks like an acceptable alternative. It's a shame.
