Honestly, I canceled my membership and stopped going altogether because the staff members just couldn’t get it together. There are some staff members that just were top-tier, but there were others at the moment. I heard their voice. I knew I was gonna sit through the drive-through for about 8 to 15 minutes. Working in food can be stressful (as someone who has had multiple fast food jobs in the past), and it can be hard to maintain friendliness + a good attitude while in a food business environment. However, Caroline & Ashley set such an amazing tone for this location! Big shout out to those two!
