I’ve always had good experiences at Panera. When I went to this Panera I was greeted by the manager Eric. He was friendly and professional. I ordered my food at the kiosk and sat down. It wasn’t long and at all and Eric brought the food right to my table. Wow! The entire staff had the same friendly and positive attitude. I definitely give this Panera, Eric, and his staff Five Stars!
This Panera Bread is outstanding! Eric the Manager makes me feel like #1 every time I visit. He knows my orders/and my favorite sesame seed bagel. And when then run out he has his team make them fresh in 7mins for me. Every Panera Bread should do this Eric tells me. He is an outstanding Manager and leader. Go see him at Century Farms! Dr. Sam
I placed a to-go order for 2 x Chicken Soups and 1 x Brocc Cheddar. I had an intense jaw surgery last week and won't be able to chew any solid food for weeks, so soup is going to be a must-have.. The order came out wrong with 3 x Brocc Cheddar. We went back in and kindly asked for replacements and they made the correction right away. The manager was apologetic, friendly, and helpful. I just want it to be known that the team at this location in Antioch did right by me, even on such a small order.
