Worst Customer service of my life from female manager evening of January 30th. Kiosk wasn’t accepting gift card. I had previously used gift cards at same kiosk. When I asked for assistance, manager told me I can’t use gift cards at edgewater location. When I explained I had just used same card a few days earlier at Edgewater store, she told me she wasn’t going to argue with me and walked away. When I asked for her name she refused. I walked out.
This is an update. I dont know what happened are the thump terifs hitting them extra hard or did the food that made your mouth water , now make you wonder. First of the size i got two half nd half because picking between tomato bisque nd Broccille cheddar is a hard call. But this time i got one piece of Broccille nd it was so watery no cream to it. No flavor what happened!!! It was so yummy ever time till now. As for tomato soup nd tomato bisque , are very different . It tasted like they dumped in sugar nd lot of eztra water... read more
Very friendly customer service
All staff is very arrogant and they don't show respect and never deliver order on time, my order should be ready by 6.15pm but they have taken almost 25 mins more to be prepare.and whenever his boss is on work in morning they will be good but as soon as after 4 pm they become arrogant.i don't know how to complain about them to their boss or head,All are arrogant this lady should be fire from here
