Food is amazing.. but holy smokes.. drive thru is a joke!! The price of fuel these days.. I hope in the future it will be better..
A delivery order was placed for 10 people at a medical office and my Chiabatta dip sandwich was missed. Contacted the store and it took the gall who answer 10 minutes to find our order. Was told you can come to the store or we can issue a refund. No, I can't come to the store this order was a work related luncheon. I usally order only soup and bread with butter for the bread because of screw up. How can you screw up that well they do. Never receive butter even though it had been specifically listed on the order. EVERY order!
I used to work at the Panera in San Diego county they had cockroaches in that one. this newer one here in Spokane is much nicer and newer. My girlfriend and myself came in here alot last year she liked the soup bread bowl . i liked there sandwiches. The staff are friendly and courteous.
I still can’t get over the Avo Toast, still can taste it under my tounge.
