Stellar and phenomenal Panera Bread location in the heart of Ballston, Virginia! I’m visiting many different Panera Bread locations and each one is so incredibly special! The staff and the customers are amazing. The food and beverages are, of course, outstanding! I can’t wait to return and thank you tremendously for being such a wonderful company.
Regular customer as I work across the street. I normally order an iced or hot chai latte and it’s different every time I go - sometimes it tastes like just milk and ice, and others times it’s ok. As a result, I started to ask for extra chai every-time I order it. I asked one lady at the front if I can ask for extra when I order ahead on the app and she said yes, when in fact there is no place to ask for it on the app. Regardless, she’s more than happy to add it for me when I come in and order it.
