Ordered macaroni and cheese and a few other things. Total was over $30. Started eating and there was a long black hair in my macaroni and cheese. When I took it up there they were giggling. Line we are already at the hospital and the least you can do is have compassion. They did replace it but it’s still like why laugh.
Today I witnessed how employees treated a female colleague who stepped out to use the restroom. When she returned, she was questioned about why she didn't inform anyone before going. It was uncomfortable and frankly humiliating to watch. Are employees not allowed a basic restroom break during their shift?
Hot water used for tea tasted like coffee. Any company that serves tea knows better than to use a used coffee decanter for hot tea water. $3 isn't a lot of money in the whole scheme of things but when in the hospital with an ill husband, it makes the difference between having one thing positive in the morning and not having little positive in the day. The breakfast ham croissant was good, but tea in the morning is like someone else's coffee is to them
