Sandwich made me gag and there was a 10 inch long piece of hair in it.
I come here pretty much every day on lunch break and have to say I am always ALWAYS satisfied. The manager there is the sweetest person you will ever meet so props to you! I can see that you work so hard to satisfy your customers and it shows. I think her name is Tiphanie but wow you deserve a promotion more than anything. Thank you Tiphanie for making my experience at panera better and better each day!
Cozy relaxed good variety of meal options
I came in for lunch on a weekend, took forever as usual. Which as a food service worker, I understand. But the Fruitville Pike location never takes nearly as long, and only 2 other orders were on the screen. I ordered a toasted Garden Caprese sandwich whole and a bacon mac, came home, only to realize half of my sandwich is missing. It was simply bread, tomato, and mozzarella. Went here a while ago for a late lunch. I knew something was off the second I stepped in. Never been to a restaurant who's managers are allowed to have absurd hair colors. I knew the vibe was off but I work a busy job so I didn't have time to drive all over looking for lunch. The lady taking my order was very sweet, but the workers and managers were unprofessional.
