The manager (I think) is super nice here! I ordered a self serve coffee and they happened to notice the brew I was getting was about to be replaced with a fresher pot. I just thought it was kind of them to say something and it only took a few extra minutes!
You order ahead of time to make sure you don't have to wait, but without fail you have to wait anyway. They're almost always well past the time it should've been ready. Also the portions have gotten a lot smaller.
I placed a sip club order for a large soda to be picked up through drive-thru. I pull into drive-thru and I’m told that the drive-thru is closed. Why would drive-thru be closed? In the time it takes for him to tell me it’s closed, he could hand me a soda. I remember when I worked in fast food. If we didn’t have enough people, that just meant you did more work faster.
