J'étais allée hier le vendredi 5 Septembre 2025 pour un sandwich j'avais tellement faim j'ai passé la commande et c'était "Cassie" qui était à la caisse j'ai attendu plus de 25 minutes sans avoir mon sandwich mes pieds tremblaient, et j'ai demandé quand est ce que je peux prendre mon sandwich, "Brethany" m'a demandé: " c'est quoi mon Nom?" J'étais tellement triste et en colère j'ai failli tomber. J'ai laissé la commande et mon argent aussi et je suis partie. En plus j'avais donné un pourboire.

terrible service. i mean excuse me- but WTH?! i placed a rapid pick up 10 minutes before hand, and went to the drive thru like i do every time. as I go into the drive-through, I am sitting at the start of the drive-through before I can even tell them my name for the order and I’m stuck behind someone for at least 10 minutes as they ordered. Then once they finally finished ordering, I tell them my name for the order. Fast and yummy
I came to this location to pick up my Rapid Pick Up order and noticed that I selected the wrong Panera Bread location. Once I noticed that, I asked them to still create my sandwich and I’ll pay again, with a smile. The associate not only created my sandwich, but told me not to worry about the payment. This is what you call customer service, where the associate cares about the customer. I did not catch the associates name but my prayer is that you will see this and know that you are appreciated.
