Ordered Mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was cold so I asked the manager to please warm it up because it was cold. She SCOFFED at me and just took it away. When it was "ready" it was burning hot. The bread was also doughy and disgusting. Never coming to this location again.
So, I'm not a regular at Panera Bread however, Ive been there a few times and never had a problem, in fact, I LOVED it! I was there today, and very hungry and ordered the chicken frontega panini & a bowl of their soup, and don't forget the iced lemonade. My boyfriend ordered a soup & sandwich as well. His was turkey & artichoke, but they just gave him the plain turkey so we told them, the girl apologizes throws the sandwich away, don't know why?? and gives us the right one. My wife, daughter and I had dinner at Bruschetta's in Murrysville this past week and the food was excellent. My daughter raved about the Risotto and my wife loved the pasta. The idea that you can choose what you want included in your sauce worked great for us. We're going again this week! Oh yes, the service was excellent also.
