The girl at the register is AWFUL. I watched her not tell the man who had been waiting for 10 minutes that what he ordered was unavailable. And she gave him one other option. He was wayyy nice, she wasn't. Then she took my whole order, I went to pay and she said "oh your soup wont be ready for an hr and 15 minites. I said , ok no. And I tried to pay and she said ok, what else do want. Then the half sandwich went from 5.89 to 7.99. The poor service and the high cost is why I usually dont come here.
Maria at Panera deserves a raise immediately. I walked in hungry and left emotionally fulfilled. She flashed a smile at me and suddenly my broccoli cheddar soup tasted like it was made with love itself. 10/10 customer service, 11/10 vibes. If Maria’s working, just know your order is in elite hands.
At 1:17 pm ordered a bagel with cream cheese from the kiosk where it says, “ In a hurry, order here” on a sign. Not a true statement. I ordered, finishing the transaction at 1:17. I watched three other customers order and gave their orders filled at the bakery counter. Finally at 1:32 I asked about my order. Hit a perfunctory, oh, I’m sorry. Asked what my order was and prepared it. Food was good, but the service…they should do better.
