I ordered a large-sized cappuccino, but they gave me a small one. When I pointed this out, they changed the cup, but inside, they still gave me a medium-sized coffee instead of the large one I had ordered. They are essentially engaging in a form of deception.
Used to go to Panera a lot. For the price it's almost better to go to a sit down restaurant. No workers at the counter and took over 20 minutes to get food.
Over priced for what they offer
