Used to go to Panera a lot. For the price it's almost better to go to a sit down restaurant. No workers at the counter and took over 20 minutes to get food.
Over priced for what they offer
Made order not busy sat 15 min while 5 prep employees discussing what time they were leaving work teasing each other etc. Not much work being done one employee went to restroom when she returned she discovered our order was not even started? Didn't even notice till a few minutes after that the manager was sitting in the corner the whole time poking at his phone. This place is like this all the time!!
Pathetic and messy pickle looked completely dehydrated yuck for this location there was like 2 bacon bits on the bacon and turkey sandwich lady never even offered to fix it
