Walked in .. both lady’s at the register were doin everything but tending to customers, didn’t even acknowledge me or say just a minute.. walked out and will never go back!!
First time I’ve been to a Panera Bread and it will be the last. Over priced, small portions and terribly unclean dining room.
Agree with others that service sucks. Ordered the night before and then waited in the drive a ridiculous amount of time after being notified by email it was ready. Came back a second time. Horrible service. Food is fine. No one at front desk to provide cups after ordering off kiosk. They made everyone’s “ready” for their time counts but then went on to wait for another 15 minute.
This location is completely abysmal. From the staff being slow and inconsiderate, the state of the restaurant in disarray and unkept every time we have gone, but this last time will be the last time. There were bugs in my soup. I called the store to inform them and request a refund but couldn’t speak to someone in English so I bypassed and called the health dept.
