It took 18 minutes to get a simple bagel, toasted and cream cheese at this location. All these huge orders were being filled and made and going out the door and the people that are standing inside waiting for their meals or a simple bagel had to wait 18 minutes. Barry poor service.
Orders are consistently incorrect and slow be delivered. Most recently it was 75 minutes from placing a delivery order online to it arriving at the house—and it was missing items.
In line at the drive thru for a toasted bagel & tea. This should not take 19 mins. I’m the only customer in the drive thru!!!
With all the restaurant closures this last week, you would think it would serve as a wake-up call for the survivors to get their act together. Panera: yet again 20+ minutes late to a delivery. It’s a recurring problem that they seem to have zero interest in fixing.
