I’ve been consistently disappointed in this location. The food is usually ok but the costs along with a side of attitude from the workers and the somewhat slow service just isn’t worth it. And what is with the cups at the self service kiosk? The sign clearly says to go to the service counter to get your cup but when you go to the counter and ask for a cup you’re treated like an inconvenience or that you’re expecting them to do something out of the ordinary. Avoid this Panera location! The staff at this Panera are very slow and rude. I went through the drive thru at 1130 on a Thursday and it took over 20 minutes to get my order and find theyd substituted without asking, because they don't know what they have in stock, so they charged me for food they don't have and then they didn't want to give a refund. Joan had exceptional customer service and made my elderly grandmother a special order to cut up her apples. The crew here have wonderful customer service and made our food very good:)
