Just had a Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad Stuffer was a little disappointed. I've had it twice before but this time i felt cheated. The bread was only stuffed with Salad three quarters of the bun length the last quarter was just bread and the salad was lightly packed into the bun leaving a lot of bread to eat . For the price I should have gotten more Salad with dressing.
Bought two sandwiches one was a steak and cheese that had no more than a teaspoon of meat on the whole sandwich literally got two bites that had meat in it. Spent 50 bucks on two sandwiches that had $2 worth of meat on it.
Went in for the first time ever and loved it. The point of sale kiosk was self explanatory, wait time on food wasn't too bad. Food is kind of expensive but good. I ordered the white Mac and cheese with kettle cooked potato chips and enjoyed every bite.
On line order for pickup at 5:12. I arrived at 5:08. Stated that I was picking up an order. Pulled thru to window and sat. And sat. And sat. Was given my order at 5:25. No explanation for the tardiness or an apology. Sandwich was missing some components and looked as if it was thrown into the paper wrapper. I have never been a huge fan of Panera and this further tarnished my respect for them.
