Yesterday I ordered the souffle and cinnamon croissant and a latte, she bagged it up and I went to pay, realized that my card was declined because the bank closed it out due to unauthorized charge. I politely apologized and tasked her where is the nearest bank. I went to get cash, about 10 mins later I returned and the lady behind the counter said they had to throw it away because of the expired time on the souffle...ok I can understand if it was the ones on displayed but she threw the one I wanted to buy that was in the bag... read more

I don't understand out of all the Panera bread locations. This one is just terrible. I placed a order to pick up and they won't give me my order until the scheduled time when I showed up. Bunch of young kids as employees goofing around not working. I absolutely hate this location. I won't be back. The service is the problem every time. The food quality is decent. They need to fire all the employees and start with fresh new employees.
