I'm confused to why a soup and sandwich restaurant doesn't have ANY crackers to go with the items?? Either they were lying to me, or panera doesn't think crackers are served with soup and salad!
I've changed my mind about panera,we used to eat their several times a month. But no more, it's certainly changed since it was took over . My order is never right they can't seem to fix a salad and get it right. And I don't wanna pay $8.00 for a bowl of lettuce and that's it or be told that I ordered it wrong.Its really too bad they were so good to begin with.It continues to be bad the food has changed it not what it used to be at all so dissatisfied with it all. Can you ever get an order right? Why do you only give me one piece of bread when I order multiple meals? Why'd you give me the wrong soup every single time I order soup?
