The coffee machine at this Panera is amazing! Investing in this kind of equipment was such a smart move. The staff don’t have to carry heavy coffee containers anymore, and customers always get fresh, perfectly hot coffee. They grind the beans right before brewing, so you can really smell and taste the freshness in every cup. The flavor is noticeably different from regular brewed coffee. Great service at Panera Framingham! andrea and John was super friendly and made the visit extra nice. Fresh food, clean place — always a solid stop
Not nice staff members. Whenever l visit here, the staffs are very hostile including the woman named Andrea. She yelled, rude and be against me on little tiny things. I really wanted to enjoy my day but the staffs’ hostile manner always makes me saddened to cause all the food indigestible. Long ago Pannera Service was fine but the service is getting so bad. It seems they don’t educate the staff member at all. Even I found the dead flies in the coffee one time
