I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera Bread today. My husband, my 2.5-year-old daughter, and I ordered bagel stacks. I politely asked if the bagel could be lightly toasted because my toddler cannot safely eat very crunchy food. Andrea, responded in a dismissive and rude manner, insisting this could not be done and implying that adjusting the order would result in “raw” meat.
