Horrible customer service. Waited over 20 minutes for soup, a baguette and a cookie. Manager Mary was, dismissive and rude when asked why the extremely long wait. I have worked in the food service industry myself as a manager for over 20 years never in my life would I ever speak to my customers the way she spoke to me.
This review is for the atmosphere only. I work nearby, so i'm constantly next.Door getting a coffee at starbucks and I come into your restaurant twice a week to order food. There is a man who sits outside of your restaurant he sits at the patio table every day. All day long sitting there with his bags. His garbage, when he's not there. His bags and his garbage are there. And management doesn't seem to care or do anything about it. I've tried to sit outside to eat but I can't.
