I placed a dine-in order through the app, as I do regularly. During this visit, the employee preparing my food was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a coffee cup, she acted like she didn’t hear me and did not respond. My order included a lemon cake and a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich took an unusually long time to be prepared, and the overall interaction felt intentional and unwelcoming.
