just now New It took 20 min with one car ahead of me to get 2 coffees. When I arrived at the drive through window Team Lead Kayla ignored me for a few more minutes while my coffee’s sat in front of the window. I asked why she didn’t just hand me the coffee’s as I’ve already waited 20+ minutes and it’s rude to make me continue to wait. She slammed the window in my face and ripped her headphones off.
