The atmosphere and service were fine, but when one has to ask whether they have received a cup or a bowl of soup, there is room for improvement.
I have been visiting this Panera location for a little over a year off and on. So far, I have never had a memorable bad experience. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious and only once was there ever a mistake. I love the vast variations you can make with the customization feature they provide when ordering! The staff are friendly even during horribly busy peak hours and when I thought I lost my wallet there last fall the lady on the phone genuinely seemed concerned. My dad loves the place and insisted I go too. Everything looked and smelled great. I wasn't hungry, but I tried dad's cinnamon crunch bagel and it was delicious
