I stopped by Panera Bread recently, and while the food was tasty and the iced tea was especially refreshing, I have to be honest—my experience was once again affected by the attitude of one of the employees. That tall girl with long dark hair and black glasses always has a weird look on her face whenever I come up to get my food. Generally all the other employees are super nice but that one always has an attitude and brings down the atmosphere! She makes me feel stupid for getting the food I paid good money for.
