I ordered a pick 2 option online for lunch for in cafe pickup at this location. Pick up time was 12:11 , I arrived to pick up order at 12:20. Order received, but not even started . Had to get a refund, ran out time. This location customer service is lacking to say the least.
Convenient location for work lunch but so uncomfortable. The location is so dirty. Some of the employees might need some training in pressure situations. Some of the customers are really intense too. Got the wrong item in my order too many times to return.
Cómo empiezo.... El baño, olor a orina... Piso pegajoso, sucio, no hay ni donde tocar de lo sucio. Y no es hoy, siempre es lo mismo. El personal no sale a ver afuera como está todo, las mesas, alfombra... Muy descuidado, no es lo mismo de años atrás. Extraño el pan del sándwich frontega chicken, realmente, le han achicado el tamaño.... Forma de no bajar precio... Pero no mantiene calidad. 2 veces tome smoothies y me cayeron mal, cdo me dicen q no lleva leche... Pero imposible que me caiga mal si es solo hielo. Y para mí gust... read more
