Waited almost 20 MINS for a Spicy Steak Stackable, the Old Man on the line with the glasses was EATING ON THE SIDE and did not wash his hands. I literally come here in a daily. There are plenty of Paneras all over the city but this one is the best.. SHOUT OUT to the cook Cesar bro has great customer service and remembers my custom order everytime…shout out to Cesar
