Great food and a cozy atmosphere! The freshly baked bread is to die for, and their soups are always a perfect pairing. The staff is super friendly, making every visit a delight!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! HORRIBLEEEEE!! i work at panera myself and i know the panera standards! i was so sad to find out they are not implemented everywhere. The worker winny had the most horrible stuck up attitude i have ever encountered. refused to give me my discount because i didn’t have a membership. She was rushing through ordering didn’t even let me finish so i ended up unhappy but refused to speak any longer to her. She also put my name wrong, on purpose.
