Worst service ever. My family member was given a cookie that contained peanut butter. The girl behind the counter said it was a sugar cookie. He has a severe peanut allergy had to get treatment and transported to the hospital by ambulance. The person behind the counter did not tell him it contained peanut butter. She said it was a sugar cookie. This is unprofessional and very dangerous.
I had a deeply frustrating experience at this location today. I clearly ordered a large drink, but the cashier —an Asian female who claimed to be the manager—handed me a regular size instead. When I told her I ordered a large, she flatly refused to fix it.
