I had a deeply frustrating experience at this location today. I clearly ordered a large drink, but the cashier —an Asian female who claimed to be the manager—handed me a regular size instead. When I told her I ordered a large, she flatly refused to fix it. I showed her my phone screen with the order details right in front of her, but instead of actually reading it properly, she doubled down, spewed a bunch of nonsense, and smugly said, "See! I’m in this Panera at least once a day since it’s right by my office, and I’m also a member of the Sip Club. I’ve watched the company go through a downward spiral for many years now. Every year, they seem to find another way to make their products less competitive, both in terms of price and quality. ie.Frozen bread, shrinking protein portions, and iceberg lettuce being added to salads—all while the price of a entrees have risen to $15–$22. Ordered the strawberry salad -- fruit came bruised and unappealing, and half of the greens were wilted to the point of bordering on being rotten. Most went right in the trash...
