I don't understand how you can charge so much yet ALWAYS be out of ingredients.
Second time visiting, and I’ve been here both in the morning and right before closing around 8:30 PM. The first thing I noticed both times was the awesome customer service. Great people, friendly staff, and I truly appreciate that. Unfortunately, I had to take my food to go both times because there’s a very strong odor inside that doesn’t sit well with me. Smells bad
The young lady who assisted us at the counter had exceptional customer service. The food was excellent as it has been at other Panera restaurants I've been to.
