I am a frequent guest for years. However, I have a concern. On their duets you get same quality and ingredients that you get in You pick two. Except the Duets are discounted. NOT every time. It depends who takes your order. But I'm told can't modify duets. Even if it's asking to substitute the dressing on salad. Which they give you 2 ounces. I ask to sub the Caesar dressing for the Greek dressing because I can't eat some of the ingredients due to an allergy in the Caesar dressing. Employee states can't modify. I ask to talk ... read more
Went to buy a cookie after we finished and the employee was on her cellphone do she never came to help us. Not a good service and phone calls never at work.
Placed a Drive Thru Pick up for 2 Avocado toasts, 1 Hot Orange Ginger Tea, a Sliced & Toasted Bagel and 1 Blueberry Lavender Lemonade. Terrible service, usually when you place an order for a Hot Tea, when you pick it up no matter the way you pick up your order, team members will ask what tea you`ll want if the tea bags aren`t already out if picking up in person.
