Today I waited in the lobby to order for so long I almost left. There were at least 10 people behind the counter who are oblivious about the customers at the counter. The ordering computers at the door are confusing after you select what you want. On two separate incidents in the recent past I drove through and ordered and both times they forgot to put the sandwich in the bag. They did give me a gift certificate the next time i was in. I am absolutely livid with the Panera Bread in Clarksville, Indiana. We’ve been loyal customers for years—drive-thru, delivery, even occasionally dining in—and this place has been a disappointment over and over. Their customer service has been awful, but we kept giving them another chance. Big mistake. My daughter wasn’t feeling well and wanted something simple—smoothie, bread, and soup. Best location I have ever visited. It's super clean and spacious and the staff is very friendly. The food was made quickly and competently.
You will want to order through the app or phone for this location due to long waits but be prepared for them to tell you they are our of at least 1 thing. You will get more hole in your bagel than actual bagel they make the middle so big. There is also good chance the bagels will be hard. The employees avoiding eye contact and any interaction with customers. If they do reply when spoken to its 1 word answers and not friendly.
