Excellent atmosphere, friendly service, and the bread is delicious.
There is zero reason for the AC in the booths section to be blowing directly on customers' heads. Management refuses to raise the ac temperature or adjust the vents.
Terrible service. The person who assisted us was already annoyed and treated us very poorly.
great food amazing actually but i heard a employee talking down and bad to another employee saying “ that hot chocolate’s not gonna make it itself” and no, it did not sound like he was tryna joke as customer I would not want to hear that
