It had been a good minute since I had dined here and in the hour and a half that I've been sitting here eating my meal the tables have not been cleaned. All the tables are crumby the seats too. I saw someone come in and directly go to the wipes to clean their own table before sitting down. The plates are stacked and I couldn't even throw my trash away. Use the app to order and order was never received according to pictures that was shown it was delivered to the wrong address tried to call the store no one answered called the delivery driver and he did not speak English problem was never resolved submitted a complaint with customer service we'll see if it's resolved I will never use the app again It's a shame that you cannot receive your order after you pay good money and then you can't communicate with anybody about the order that was placed I also clearly stated that the ... read more
I never had an issue with their food but their drinks, yes. I always get my drinks through drive-thru and their bubbler drinks are never changed unlike the ones from the front lobby. My drink from today was so bubbly from how fermented it was(it's not supposed to be bubbly). I have complained about it since 2023 and we're in 2025, clearly they don't worry about their drinks tasting like kombucha. I believe Desiree is the general manager, and I hope she sees this to fix this issue ASAP:)
