Fix your ice machine! The carbonation doesn’t work right when soda is dispensed from a warm machine! It’s been two weeks of no ice and I can’t use my spin club subscription!!
Ordered approx 30 bagels the evening prior to pickup, get to the store in morning to learn they have zero bagels due to a very large catering order emptying their stock. I missed a call from the manager 10 minutes before scheduled pickup time letting me know. So…if the large catering order was placed the day before as well, then manage your inventory appropriately. The floor is dirty in the dining area as well as behind the counters. There was no half and half, no milk, and no decaf coffee. The place is not handicapped accessible. When ordering there is bread as side option which is strange. People don’t eat plain bread as a side!!
