Very disappointed that they are not following the franchise and having the pumped sugar. All Panera‘s in Indiana and the surrounding states have the pumped sugar. Please bring back the pump sugar. The employees are excellent. Just disappointed that they are not like other franchises locations. I feel if you’re a franchise, they should all be alike. I get the chicken frontega every time and it never disappoints. This location is always on point. Also finding out they have bottled green tea was such a delight.
