Very understaffed or just disorganized. Unfortunately if I had a chance to give it a zero I'd would have given it a zero out of five stars. No one at the counter and had to go to the prep area to get them to take our order. The bagels we ordered came out hot and tasted good but two of the four coffee items were empty and one of them was cold. We both had finished our meal when finally the decaf became available. Forced to use a computer ordering system. Because of this, no question was asked if I wanted my bagels sliced and toasted. Got a cold, hard bagel unsliced. Could have done better by going to Kroger. My vanilla latte was missing the vanilla. Absolute waste of time and money. No customer service at all- how could there be when all is being relegated to computers? Give me real people with real questions and real smiles please! Never again Panera.
